Cassie Meyer
Cassie Meyer is an A.C.E. certified personal trainer and an A.F.F.A. group fitness instructor in step aerobics, kickboxing and SPIN. She is not only a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, but she is also a U.S.P.T.A. certified tennis instructor. This unique blend of experience will be especially useful for athletes wishing to raise both their fitness levels and sport specific skills while training at West Winds.

Deborah Morin
Deborah is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Fusion instructor. Yoga Fusion is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. Deborah is an AFFA certified Personal Trainer and has a Yoga Fit certification.
